We specialize in creating bespoke spaces ranging from site development and landscaping to get into the finer details of interior design, while also consciously minimizing the impact we leave behind on the environment.

Meet the Team
Principal Architect
Nishad Kulkarni is an architect and interior designer with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Pune and a Master’s degree in environmental design from the University of Cardiff, UK. He is also an avid traveler with an interest in world history and culture. His travels have helped him understand how spaces interact with people at ground zero, the scale and proportion and the intimacy of these places, and their relationship with human beings.
