Geography Department and Lab in School
Project location - Narhe, Pune
We transformed an underutilized area of the school into a Geography department with a laboratory where students can experience the various aspects of geographical sciences more vividly.
We were asked to develop an interior where classes and exhibitions can be held as well as an outdoor area where students and teachers can conduct activities.
For this particular project, we had to put on our thinking caps to ensure that the design was both functional as well as captivating. Keeping this in mind, we designed areas such as special benches, pits, and other experience areas where students could touch and feel the soil, rocks, and other geographical and geological features.
