Designing my own living space has always been a dream. This was a personal project and in this sense, the opportunities and potential for expression were endless
When it came to the design, the theme chosen was vernacular modernism which showcased India’s regional materials like polished Kota, teak wood, and other traditional art forms.
The goal was to combine my experiences in traveling as well as creating a medium to display my interest in culture in the very walls of my home.
